**NOTICE TO ZONING APPLICANTS**
When making application to Planning and Zoning for Public Hearing, the application must be complete before the application can be scheduled for public hearing. When more than eight (8) applications are received within a month, your request could be moved to the next available month. It behooves the applicant to complete the application fully and return it as soon as possible.
The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm at the Twin Falls County West Building in the Planning & Zoning meeting room.

Twin Falls County has adopted the 2018 versions, with Idaho ammendments, of the International Residential Code, International Building Codes, Energy Conservation Code, Mechanical Code, Fuel Gas Code, 2015 Fire Code with Idaho Ammendments, and the 2018 Idaho Manufactured Home Installation Standards.
