PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

Johnny Horizon Day is: May 7th 2022

This is our 53rd year of Johnny Horizon originally sponsored by the B.L.M. as Clean-up America and was part of the bicentennial celebration for the United States.  Many cities that started between 1969 and 1976 have since stopped collecting, but the Magic Valley is still going strong.

Volunteers throughout Twin Falls County will be picking up garbage along the road sides.

Start times for Volunteers will begin at 8:00 a.m.

BE CAREFUL:

If you are a Volunteer watch for traffic at all times.

If you are a passerby please be mindful for the safety of the Volunteers along the roads.

Trucks will be patrolling and stopping along the county roads to collect the bags throughout the day.

If you want to volunteer, we still have roads that need people to clean, please contact (208)-734-9491.
