You are hereby notified that on Friday, December 19, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., the Twin Falls County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing to consider an ordinance repealing previous editions of Twin Falls County Code Title 8, Chapter 9, Section 18, Negotiation Procedure, and Title 8 Chapter 9 Section 19, Area of City Impact, and replacing it with Title 8, Chapter 22: areas of Impact Sections 1-3, Purpose, Negotiation Procedure and Area of Impact.
