The Juvenile Diversion Program is under the direction and supervision of the Twin Falls County Juvenile Probation Department. Diversion is a short-term case management program for youth and their families to voluntarily address an offense outside of the traditional Juvenile Court system. It is a collaborative and effective way to understand and prevent future delinquency without creating a formal court record. **

(** Some diversion cases will have a court record when the court grants informal diversion – expungment may be granted)
