Please have ready: the permit number, property address, contact person and phone number, and type of inspection.

Inspections called in after 9:00 am will be scheduled for the next working day

Inspections are typically done in the order received.  Footing and foundation inspections are given priority.

Inspections occur Monday through Friday, typically from 9:30 am to 4 pm, except holidays.

If you need an inspection outside these times call ahead of time to schedule an appointment with the inspector.

* Prior to requesting the framing inspection all rough-in inspections for plumbing, electrical, gas, mechanical, fireplace, and firewall or sprinkler systems must be completed and signed off on the construction card by the State of Idaho.
