Building Inspection Information

Please have ready: the permit number, property address, contact person and phone number, and type of inspection.

Inspections called in after 9:00 am will be scheduled for the next working day

Inspections are typically done in order received.  Footing and foundation inspections are given priority.

Inspections occur Monday through Friday, typically from 9:30 am to 4 pm, except holidays.

If you need an inspection outside these times call ahead of time to schedule appointment with inspector.

* Prior to requesting the framing inspection all rough-in inspections for plumbing, electrical, gas, mechanical, fireplace, and firewall or sprinkler systems must be completed and signed off on the construction card by the State of Idaho.

**Prior to requesting the final building inspection, the final inspections for plumbing, electrical, gas, mechanical, fireplace, and firewall or sprinkler systems must be completed and signed off on the construction card by the State of Idaho.

NO WORK TO BE DONE UNTIL PERMIT IS ISSUED
